Delivery & Returns

All of our orders are delivered free to UK mainland ONLY, any overseas orders please email us first and we will contact you straight back. If you place an order from overseas your order will not be fulfilled until you have contacted us.

For orders from the Highlands and Northern Ireland please contact us for delivery charges. We will not submit your order until you have contacted us, if you don’t contact us within 3 hours of your order we will automatically refund your money.

Our Delivery service is Parcel Force we do not use any other provider. Once you have placed your order we will contact you within the hour to arrange a suitable date for your delivery, you will receive a tracking number and email confirmation once you have ordered.

Sometimes, problems occur which are out of our control and deliveries may not be delivered for the next day, we will always try to let our customers know if there is a problem, either by phone call or email.

Delivery times for orders from Parcel Force are between 8am – 6pm, please make sure someone is available to sign for your order. Parcel Force will attempt to make another delivery/time to suit you if you contact them on the ‘missed you card’ they will put through your door.

Returns and Refunds:

There is a 30 day money back guarantee on all products if you change your mind. If you do return you item, the postage will be at your own cost.

Once we receive the item back and we are satisfied that it is in it’s original state and NOT damaged or incomplete will refund your money straight away via Paypal, no questions asked.

If you would like to change your mind, please email us in the 1st instance and we will aim to reply within 8 hours. Please put your order number, name & phone number on the email so we can contact you.

If you have opened the item, please reseal and put all items back in their original packaging and ensure they are in the same condition as when received then contact us.

We will not accept back non-faulty products that have been broken by customers and we will not accept back products, which have missing parts that have been lost by customers. All of our orders are quality checked before leaving our depot. All we require is that the item is in the condition that you have received it in, so we can resell it.

We offer a free 20-year guarantee on all items.

Christmas & New Year Deliveries

Orders that are placed from the 22nd to the 26th of December will be dispatched by us on the 27th of December. If you require any of our items before Christmas please order before 3pm on the 21st of December. All orders will be dispatched for Next Day Delivery from the 22nd -26th.

We are closed on the 25th, 26th December.

All orders placed on the 29th to the 1st of January will be send out via Parcel Force on the 2nd of January for Next Day Delivery;.
